摘要
本文依据党的十六届四中全会提出的构建社会主义和谐社会的目标,阐述了和谐医患关系的内涵和意义。提出了5条构建途径:一是转变思维方式,善待低收入弱势群体患者、厚待中等收入人群患者、优待高收入人群患者,让三类患者都满意;二是医务人员从“恩赐者”向“服务者”进行角色转换,真正把患者当“上帝”;三是服务中落实“人本”理念,对外部顾客———树立救死扶伤的核心价值观为根本;对内部顾客———善待内部员工,加强科室协调,强化能力建设保证;四是诚信经营,依法行医;五是作好与患者、政府有关部门和媒体的沟通工作,争取宽松的外部环境。
In the light of the goal of building a harmonious socialist society proposed by the 4 th Plenary Session of the 16 th Central Committee of the CPC, the paper expounds the connotation and significance of a harmonious doctor patient relationship and puts forward five channels for building such a relationship. These include: ①changing ways of thinking by giving good treatment to low income and vulnerable groups of patients, kind and generous treatment to middle income groups of patients and preferential treatment to high income groups of patients so as to obtain the satisfaction of all three kinds of patients; ②transforming the role of medical workers from “favor givers” to “service providers” by genuinely treating patients as God; ③implementing the people oriented idea in delivering services by cultivating the core values of healing the wounded and rescuing the dying when dealing with external customers and by giving good treatment to internal employees, strengthening interdepartmental coordination and reinforcing capacity buiding when dealing with internal customers; ④running the hospital in good faith and practicing medicine by law; ⑤striving for good communication with patients, relevant departments of the government and the media so as to have a sound external environment.
