摘要
应用运动负荷２０１Ｔｌ心肌灌注断层显像，对２４例冠心病人５５个心肌节段经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术（ＰＴｃＡ）前后的变化进行了对比观察。结果显示，ＰＴ－ＣＡ前完全再分布心肌节段，术后恢复明显好于部分再分布和无再分布节段（Ｐ＜０．０５）；２２％无再分布节段术后显示有核素分布；冠状动脉狭窄≤７５％支配区心肌节段术后积分明显减少，而≥７６％者减少不明显。本显像方法可从病变心肌定位、心肌血流灌注及心肌存活状态等方面对ＰＴＣＡ前后进行综合评价，为ＰＴＣＡ选择、术后疗效评价及预后评估提供依据。

single photon emis-sion computed tomography(Ex-SPECT)before and after PTCA. The results
showed that after PTCA,the regions with perfect redistribution had better recovery than those
with partial and nonredistribution(P<0.05).22%non-redistribution regions showed distribution of
201 Tl and the regions with coronaryarteries narrowing≥76%had less reduced scores than the
regions with coronary arteries narrowing≤75%. Thses results suggest that Ex-SPECT can make
general and valuable evaluation of efficacy ofPTCA in respects of location of lesions,blood
perfusion and viability of myoacrdium.
