摘要 本文就显微镜盖玻片法和常用的细胞离心制片法(Cytospin)对BALF细胞分数的测定进行比较,同时探讨了BALF的不同处理方法对细胞总、分数的影响。结果表明:Cytospin制片淋巴细胞(%)明显低于盖玻片法,但两种制片方法测得的中性粒细胞和嗜酸粒细胞均相近;离心和洗涤明显丢失细胞总数(P<0.01),但不限于单一细胞型。本研究提示:用盖玻片法测定BALF细胞分数和在非离心、洗涤的BALF中测定细胞总数,能准确地反映BALF中细胞的数目和类型。 icroscopic glass cover method was compared with cytocentrifuge preparation(Cytospin) and theeffects of different processing on total cell counts and differential was studied.The results of 32 bron-choalveocar lavage fluid(BALF)showed the percentage of lymphocytes on cytospin was significantlylower than that on glass cover(P<0.0l ),but no difference in neutrophil and eosinophil counts ob-tained with two metods ( P<0.05 );centrifugation and “washing”of lavage cells caused significantlyloss of total cells(P<0.01),but this cell loss watq not retqtricted to a single cell type. Thesttidy suggests tliat the determination of cell differental with glass cover method and thedetermination of total cell counts on tncentrifuged and unwashed BALF appear to accu-ratelt reflect the number and types of cell originally recovered by lavage.
