支气管肺泡灌洗液细胞定量─—显微镜盖玻片法与细胞离心制片法之比较

Quantification of Cells Recovered by Bronchoalveolar Lavage:comparison of microscopic glass cover method with cytocentrifuge preparations

本文就显微镜盖玻片法和常用的细胞离心制片法（Ｃｙｔｏｓｐｉｎ）对ＢＡＬＦ细胞分数的测定进行比较，同时探讨了ＢＡＬＦ的不同处理方法对细胞总、分数的影响。结果表明：Ｃｙｔｏｓｐｉｎ制片淋巴细胞（％）明显低于盖玻片法，但两种制片方法测得的中性粒细胞和嗜酸粒细胞均相近；离心和洗涤明显丢失细胞总数（Ｐ＜０．０１），但不限于单一细胞型。本研究提示：用盖玻片法测定ＢＡＬＦ细胞分数和在非离心、洗涤的ＢＡＬＦ中测定细胞总数，能准确地反映ＢＡＬＦ中细胞的数目和类型。

icroscopic glass cover method was compared with cytocentrifuge preparation(Cytospin) and theeffects of different processing on total cell counts and differential was studied.The results of 32 bron-choalveocar lavage fluid(BALF)showed the percentage of lymphocytes on cytospin was significantlylower than that on glass cover(P<0.0l ),but no difference in neutrophil and eosinophil counts ob-tained with two metods ( P<0.05 );centrifugation and “washing”of lavage cells caused significantlyloss of total cells(P<0.01),but this cell loss watq not retqtricted to a single cell type. Thesttidy suggests tliat the determination of cell differental with glass cover method and thedetermination of total cell counts on tncentrifuged and unwashed BALF appear to accu-ratelt reflect the number and types of cell originally recovered by lavage.
