细胞外基质蛋白Tenascin在鼠脊髓内的分布

摘要 用TN多克隆抗体,采用免疫组织化学和免疫电镜方法,对胚胎18天,生后1、2及5d幼鼠脊髓内TN的分布进行了观察。在胚胎18d鼠脊髓,TN阳性免疫反应产物主要见于灰质;而在生后5d,灰质和白质内均可见到,并以白质内反应较强。电镜下TN阳性反应见于神经元和神经胶质细胞的突起周围并和细胞质膜相关;TN阳性标记也出现在突触附近。TN在鼠脊髓内分布的变化提示其可能与脊髓发生、生长过程中,神经元和神经胶质细胞的移行及细胞构筑的排列密切相关,并与脊髓内轴突生长有一定联系。 he distribution of tenascin (TN)was examined in the spinal cord of 18 days embryos and 1,2 and5 day postnatal rats by immunohistochemical and immunoelectron microscopical methods. It was ob-served that TN-positive reaction products were mainly present in the grey matter of spinal cord at the18th day embryos,and in the grey and white matter at the lst,2nd and 5th day rats.Intense immunore-action products were found in the white matter of 5 days rat.By immunoelectron microscopy,it wasseen that TN-positive reaction products were distributed in the vicinity of the processes and along thecytoplasmic membrane of neurons and neuroglia. The localization of TN in the spinal cord of ernbryonicand young rats is probably related to the neurite outgrowth and migration of neurons and neuroglia.
