摘要
应用电镜酶细胞化学方法研究了人腹腔淋巴结淋巴细胞ATP酶、G-6-P酶、5′-ND酶的定位与活性。结果,在淋巴细胞内各种酶定位准确、颗粒清晰、酶反应特异性强。提示应用此法可以检测以上酶活性,判定机体免疫状态,对临床诊断与治疗具有一定意义。

location of the ATPase,G-6-Pase,5′-Nucleotidase in lympho-cytes of the human celiac lymph
nodes by using the electron enzyme cytochemical method.The resultshowed that all the three
enzymes can be marked accurately with high sensitivity and strong specificity.The results
suggest that we can test all the enzyme activities in the lymphocytes to determine the pa-tients
immunological condition and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
