摘要
莱钢大日型钢3X120t 转炉引进应用了先进的转炉烟气干法除尘技术,简称 LT 法。LT 自动化控制系统由 STEP7软件包、PLC 和上位机等构成,本文详细阐述了其硬件配置,主要控制功能和特点,并对 LT 和传统的 OG法进行了性能比较和效益分析。
The advanced converter dry gas cleaning technology is applied and introduced into Lai-Steel 3X120t converter,it's LT for short.Its automatic control system are make up of STEP7 software package.PLC and monitor etc.In this paper,it describes the hardware configuration,control function and characteristic in detail,also make a capability compare and benefit analysis.
