摘要
筛选204名健康成人为免疫对象,分为A、B两组,分别接种加热灭活和福尔马林灭活的乙肝血源疫苗。每组选用两种剂量(7μg,14μg),并于首次免疫后T1、T3、T7、T12采血,用Abbott试剂药上测其抗-HBs水平。对加热灭活乙肝血源疫苗进行一年免疫效果对比评价。结果表明:T3抗-HBs阳性率和乙抗-HBs滴度>100mIU/ml者的比例在两种疫苗组之间无显著性差异。T7接种加热灭活乙肝疫苗14μg者的抗-HBs阳性率(96.6%)和抗-HBs滴度>100mIU/ml者的比例(93.2%)显著高于接种福尔马林灭活疫苗者(83.3%和76.2%)。但T12两者之间差异消失。随访期间抗-HBsGMT两疫苗组之间始终无显著差异。初步证实加热灭活乙肝血源疫苗具有良好的免疫原性。
ndividuals of, 240 with negative for out HBV
markers were divided into 2 groups , and vaccinatedwith heat-inactivated and three steps
inactivated plasrna-derived HB vaccines respectively。Participants in each group received 2
doses of vaccine ( 7μg, 14μg );Blood samples were taken out atmonths T1,T3 ,T7,T12 after
the first vaccination,Anti-HB.was tested by radioimmunoassay withAbbott Laboratories kit to
study the efficacy of heat inactivated HB vaccine first made in China。Therisult showed that the
difference of T3 anti-HB,seroconversion rates and percentages of T3 vaccineswith anti-HB。
titre> 100mIU/ml in two groups was not significant.However,for T7 after the firstvaccination,the
value in group with heat inactivated was significantly higher than that in group withthree steps
inactivated HB vaccine。For T12 after the first vaccination, the differences
disappeared.Nodifference in anti-HB,GMT was seen in two groups during the following up
period。The resultssuggested that heat inactivated HB vaccine is of the efficacy as three steps
inactivated HB vaccine。
