摘要
选用30只Wistar雄性断乳大鼠,随机分为本底组、碳酸钙组及鸡骨肉泥组。本成组于实验开始前处死,其余两组均饲以按AOAC配方的纯合成饲料,仅其中钙分别来自碳酸钙和鸡骨肉泥,喂养观察28日。结果表明,鸡骨肉泥组在动物体重增长、饲料利用率、钙的吸收率及股骨钙的存留率等方面,均与本次实验的参考钙-碳酸钙组相近,组间无显著差异。说明鸡骨肉泥钙质在动物体内吸收利用良好,能够有效地补给钙质。
hirty wistar male weaning rats were randomly divided into 3
groups(basal,bone paste of chickenand calcium carbonate). The rats of basal group were killed
at the beginning of experiment.The rats ofcalcium carbonate and bone paste of chicken groups
were fed with pure mixed diet of AOAC formula for28 days. The calcium in the two formulas was
from calcium carbonate and bone paste of chicken respec- tively. The results indicated that the
mean body weights of the rats of both bone paste group and calciumcarbonate group were
almost identical throughout the feeding(P>0.05).There were no great differ- ence between the
groups of bone paste and calcium carbonate in the weight and length of femur of
thesubjects(P>0.05).The utilization rates of the feed, calcium absorption and calcium retention
in femurof bone paste group were all approximated to that of calcium carbonate group. It
suggested the calciumof bone paste of chicken was as satisfactory as calcium carbonate and
can used widely as the source ofcalcium for the improvement of nutritional status of calcium.
