中国汉族谷胱甘肽转移酶μ基因缺损频度及其遗传特性

GSTμ Gene Deletion and Hereditary Characteristics in the Han Nationality of China

采用ＰＣＲ方法，对１０４例中国汉族健康人及１０个家庭的亲子代谷胱甘肽转移酶１（ＧＳＴμ）基因进行了检测，发现ＧＳＴμ基因缺损（ＧＳＴ１－０纯合子）率为５１．９％，其中男５２．４％，女５１．２％，男女无显著差异。亲子代遗传分析证明，ＧＳＴμ符合常染色体显性遗传特征。

n this study , we used PCR method to detect GSTμ gene in 104 Chinese of Han nationality and 10families. The results showed that GSTμgene deletion(homozygous GST1-0 genotype )in male,femaleand total were 52.4%,51.2%and 51.9%,respectively,and there was no significant difference betweenmale and female.Analysis of GST1 in parents and their children proved that GST1 expressed autosomaldominant inheritance.
