摘要
叙述了火电厂水力输灰管道灰垢的形态和结构,介绍了超声波测量灰垢的原理及其系统组成。利用穿透法,配以铝试件作为对比试块,对灰垢在不同频率下的衰减系数进行了测量和结果分析,并讨论了影响灰垢衰减系数的因素。
The paper describes morphology and composition of flyash scale in transport pipeline, and introduces measuring principle and system components. Ultrasonic attenuation coefficients under different frequencies are measured with ultrasonic penetrating and aluminium samples used for contrast, also the factors affecting the coefficient are analyzed.
