The relationship among circular economy, cleaning production and resource comprehensive utilization was expatiated in this article. According to many years’ effect of developing cleaning production and resource comprehensive utilization as well as developing circular economy of Guangzhou Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Guangzhou Company. Developing circular economy is the necessary method by means of cleaning production and resource comprehensive use in order to implement the continuous development of enterprise.
