摘要
本文主要论述了开敞式TBM在铁路长隧道特硬岩、软岩地层的施工技术,并与当前国内外同类研究、同类技术进行了综合比较。重点研究了施工过程中的主要技术难点和关键技术,其中:TBM施工组织技术、刀具耗损、施工进度与围岩特性关系、TBM刀具国产化研究、TBM在不良地质段的施工技术、TBM施工中的测量控制技术、仰拱预制块的制作及安装工法、内层衬砌和整体道床快速施工、TBM施工的有轨快速运输系统、TBM施工通风及水电供应系统等的研究达到或超过了国际水平。
