物流中心占地面积预测方法的研究

A METHOD ON FORECASTING THE SCALE OF A LOGISTICS CENTER

在物流中心规划时,物流中心的占地面积是一个不容回避的问题。物流中心的占地面积不仅和利用该中心的物流量有关,而且和该中心的物流处理能力、组织水平等因素有关。本文首先分别给出一个物流供给模型和一个物流需求模型;然后,根据物流量守恒的原理,提出一个预测物流中心占地面积的模型;最后,结合实际数据,对模型的有效性进行了验证。

The scale of a logistics center is an important probl em in the process o f a physical distribution system planning. The area of a logistics center not o n ly relates to its throughput but also depends on the processing capability and t he organizing level of the center. This paper proposes an article demand model and an article supply model for a lo gistics center,respectirely Based upon the hypothesis of supply- and-demand eq uilibrium, a forecasting model on the scale of a logistics center is presented. Then, the model is validated via a case study.
