胃肠激素和CKI家族与大肠癌的发生发展

Gastrointestinal hormone, cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors and their roles in the development of colorectal carcinomas

已证实胃肠激素存在于大肠癌组织中,胃泌素(GAS)对肿瘤生长起促进作用,生长抑素(SST)对肿瘤生长起抑制作用。肿瘤是一种细胞周期调控机制紊乱性疾病,细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制剂(CKI)是一类细胞周期负调控蛋白,与大肠癌的发生发展密切相关。研究认为胃肠激素可以通过抑制或上调CKI的表达,加速或阻滞细胞周期,从而调节肿瘤细胞的增殖。
