骨桥蛋白与肿瘤研究进展

摘要 近年研究表明骨桥蛋白(OPN)与肿瘤关系密切,参与肿瘤发展的多个环节。现简要综述骨桥蛋白与Ras癌基因的关系及其在促肿瘤恶化、抑制凋亡、逃避肿瘤免疫、促肿瘤浸润转移及血管生成等方面的作用。
