摘要
作者对8例无肛畸形儿及14例胎儿、新生儿直肠远端肠壁内胆碱能神经及5例无肛儿肾上腺能神经的分布进行观察。结果:无肛儿直肠盲端肠壁内胆碱酯酶阳性神经丛及神经节细胞数减少,酶活性弱,肾上腺能神经纤维数量也减少,荧光强度减弱,提示该畸形直肠壁内的神经组织发育不健全。
The Ache nerves and
Adrenergic nerves in the distal part rectal wall were observed in 8 cases ofanal imperforation and
14 cases of fetus and newborns.The positive Ache nerve fibres and gangliocytewere less,the Ache
activity was weaker meanwhile,the Adrenergic fibres were less,their fluoresencewas weaker than
those in fetus and newborms,all above suggested that there was nervous dysmaturityin the distal
part rectal wall.
