溴隐亭治疗高泌乳素血症119例

Treatment of Hyperprolactinemia with Bromocriptine:Analysis of 119 Cases

１９８７年至１９９３年我院妇科内分泌门诊治疗１１９例高泌乳素血症。其中垂体腺瘤４６例，空泡蝶鞍２例，功能性高泌乳素血症７１例。１１９例均用溴隐亭治疗，其中９例行垂体腺瘤手术切除，术后继服溴隐亭。结果血清泌乳素值迅速下降至正常范围者占８８．２４％，泌乳明显减少或停止者占８７．６１％，月经复潮者为８０．６７％，妊娠率为６０．２０％。

The papar analyzes etiology and treatment of 119 cases with hyperprolactinemia in our hospitalfrom 1987 to 1993.46 cases among them are with prolactinoma,2 cases with empty sella syndrome,71cases with functional hyperprolactinemia. All the patients were treated with Bromocriptine,9 caseswere operated on, followed by postoperative Bromocriptine.The result showed that serum prolactine of88.24% patients rapidly declined to normal scale,galactostasis 87. 61% patlents occured in,menstrua-tion of 80. 67% patients retured,60.20% patients came into pregnancy.Bromocriptine is effective forthe treatment of hyperprolactinemia.
