The Repair of Nasolabial Deformity Following Cheilorrhapky of Unilateral Lip Cleft

本文介绍利用ｃｒｏｎｉｎ鼻畸形矫正法与双侧鼻翼软骨翼状瓣交叉悬吊法结合修复鼻畸形的手术设计，并探讨利用功能性唇裂修复方法的原则修复辱部继发畸形。通过７２例患者治疗的实践证明效果满意。

There are many approaches to the repair of nasolabial deformity following the repair of unilaterallip cleft, but few are ideal. The authors have used the Cronins method with cross suspension of nasalcartilage flap to repair nasal deformity, and according to the principle of functional reestablisgment oforbicularis or is muscle to repair labial deformity. Seventy two patients have been reviewed and the ef-fects are satisfactory.
