摘要
应用不同剂量60Co(1500CGY,100CGY和500CGY)照射对NSY42129人大肠癌细胞及其耐热细胞的杀伤作用进行研究。结果表明:①1500CGY的60Co一次性照射即能杀伤NSY42129人大肠瘤细胞近50%。②温热本身除能杀伤部分肿瘤细胞外,同60Co射线伍用还具有协同杀伤作用,其高、中、低不同剂量60Co对癌细胞的杀伤指数分别为64.9%,53.1%和51.8%;而单纯照射组的仅为46.1%、39.2%和37.6%,③耐热细胞对60Co照射不敏感,其高中低剂量60Co的细胞杀伤指数仅为27.8%,20.8%和18.1%。
We used different dosages of 60Co irradiation(high dosage 1500 CGy,moderate dosage l,000 CGyand mild dosage 500 CGy to study its effects. The results were as follows(1)About half of the tumorcells were killedby usingl,500CGy once.(2) Hyperthermia alone could kill a part of tumor cells。it exerted a synergic function in killing tumor cells if combined with60Co irradiation The cell killingindex(CKI)was 64.9%,53.1%and 51.8%respectively。In comparison with single administration of60Co irradiation , the CKI was 46.1%,39.2%and 37.6%respectively。 (3) Thermotolerant cells were al- so in sensitive to60Co irradiation。The CKI was only 27.8%, 20.8%and 18.1%。
