如果按出现频度征集近几年建筑机械行业热点词汇,“二手机”一定会入选。一个不争的事实是,由于中国经济连续几年的高速增长,带动了中国建筑机械的快速发展,这一点我们可以从各机种近年来都以接近50%的增长率得到印证。其结果是无论是挖掘机、装载机、压路机、塔机还是混凝土机械,都有数量可观的保有量,可以推测已经出现了一定数量的二手机。能够使“二手机”入选的另一个原因是走私。对这一点,中国境内的外商独资或合资的挖掘机制造商感触最深,据可靠消息,仅2003年走私入境的二手挖掘机就达2万多台。
