摘要
以免疫电镜技术与人工伪介质小泡显示方法结合在一起,定性、定位地证明了大鼠下丘脑摄食中枢区域:下丘脑腹内侧核(VMH)和下丘脑外侧区(LHA)内分布的胆囊收缩素(CCK)能神经元与儿茶酚胺(CA)能神经终末之间的超微结构关系,即突触的存在。否定了上述核团内CCK与CA在同一神经元内的共存,为揭示下丘脑的摄食调节机理提供形态学依据。
The distribution and ultrastructural relationship(synapses)between the cholecystokinergic andcatecholaminergic neurons in the nucleus ventromedialis and lateral hypothalamic area of rat brain wereexamined with immunohistochem-electromicroscopic technique combined false transmitter small vesi- cles。In VMH and LHA area,there are feeding center,and there are ultrastructural relationships be-tween CCK neuron and CA nerve endings in above areas,ie between CCK neuron and CA nerve endingformed synaptic connection;It is illustrated that the CCK and CA neurons are not existed in the sameneuron at VMH and HLA area.This result provided the morphological bases for revealing mechanismof feeding regulation function。
