应用过滤的碳素墨汁灌注，石蜡切片，光镜观察方法，研究人大腿阔筋膜由浅至深各层次的微血管构筑的形态学特点；又应用扫描电镜观察方法研究阔筋膜内纤维配布的特点和规律性。为阔筋膜代瓣术及阔筋膜移植体的临床应用提供形态学依据。

We studied the morphological characterastic of microvascular architecture of the fascia lata from thesuperfacial layer to the deep layer with paraffin slices which were perfused by 10%Indian ind mixedwith formalin under light microscope.The feature and the regularity of fibers arrangement of the fascialate were also studied with scanning electron microscope,The purpose of this paper is to provide the ex- perimental morphological evidences not only for the operation of the fascia lata substitute valve but alsofor the clinical application of the fascia lata transplantation。
