摘要 应用电镜酶细胞化学方法观察到,大鼠胸腺细胞与上皮性网状细胞的5′-核苷酸酶活性在生后第2至4周最强。胸腺髓质内细胞此酶活性比皮质细胞酶活性高。结果提示:胸腺细胞5′-核苷酸酶活性变化可能与T细胞成熟、分化及向外周淋巴器官输送T细胞等功能有关。上皮性网状细胞5′-核苷酸酶活性对胸腺细胞具诱导作用。 The activity of 5′-Nucleotidase in thymocytes and epithelial reticular cells of the newly born ratswas observed with electron enzyme cytochemical method.The results showed that the enzyme activitywas the highest from the second week to the fourth week after birth.The activity of5′ -Nucleotidase inpulp cells was higher than that in cortex。 The results also suggest ed that the change of activity of5′- Nucleotidase in thymus might be interrelated with maturation and differentiation of T-cells,and the en-zyme activity of epithelial reticular cells might induce thymocytes during T-cell maturation。
