本文介绍利用ＭＣＳ－５１系列中的８０３１单片机初步研制出的便携式心音分析仪，该仪器用心音自定位方法对心音进行时域分析，它能对不正常的心音给予提示，对正常心音给出心律、心率、第一心音Ｓ１和第二心音Ｓ２的状况以及是否存在额外音等结果。该仪器对于身体健康检查、临床教学和乡、镇医院具有实用意义。

The article reports the development of a portale phonocardiogram analysis instrumen;using MCS-51 series single chip microprocessors.The instrument analyzes HS In time domain by heartsound(HS)se It-location. It can present one or two results for abnormal HS and six results for normal HS,The six results give indications of HS, heart rhythm and rate,the state of the hirst HS(S1)and second HS(S2)aswell as the existence of extra sound.The instrument is useful mass screening,clinical practice,and village and township level hospitals.
