我国女大学生就业难已成为全社会共同关注的热点问题。女大学生就业难的原因是多方面的,既有历史的,也有现实的;既有社会经济体制、就业政策等客观因素的影响,也有用人单位受利益驱动、女大学生择业观念等微观因素的影响。我们应该采取积极有效措施,解决女大学生就业难问题。

The employment difficulty of female college students has become a hot issue.The reasons are various, including historical and realistic ones. In addition, it is related to such objective factors as the economic system,the employment policy,the interest-driven employers and the ideal of female college students.In order to solve the problem, active and effective measures should be taken.
