摘要
对检验科室的工作情况进行了分析,认为检验科室具有专业内容的多元性,使内部分工日趋精细;专业功能综合性,使科室全方位发展;检验操作的自动化要求质量控制更加规范等特点。同时具有高层次专业人才缺乏、检验标本量大、经过程序多、对仪器设备及检验试剂的依赖性强,以及检验的中间环节缺少有效的监控手段等质量控制难点。认为改善检验科室质量管理现状的主要对策应包括人才培养合理化、质量管理制度化、仪器试剂管理系列化等。
The pluralistic structure and multi-directional professional development of laboratory are requested to better assist clinical work, while at the same time are followed by these: shortage of upper-level technical personnel, elaborate divison of work, more use of a broader spectrum of instruments and reagents, larger number of specimens, and more operation sequences. On the improvement of quality management in laboratory ,the article discusses the rationalization of personnel training, the institutionalization of quality, management, and the seriation of instrument and reagent management.
