摘要
利用高频感应加热,对熔体快淬Nd8Fe86B6非晶薄带进行了快速晶化退火,并对退火后薄带的微观组织及磁学性能进行了分析。结果表明,快速加热可使非晶带迅速晶化。加热速度强烈地影响薄带的组织和磁性能。不同的加热速度下,都有一个最佳的得到较高磁学性能的加热时间与它相配合。当加热工艺为:加热电压5kV,加热时间10s时,晶化后的薄带磁性能可达(BH)max=105kJ·m-3,Br=0.93T,Hci=258kA·m-1。
Rapid crystallization of melt-spun Nd_8Fe_(86)B_6 amorphous ribbons was carried out by use of high frequency induction heating, and the microstructures and magnetic properties of crystallized ribbons are analyzed in detail. The results reveal that crystallizing can quickly take place during rapid heating. The magnetic properties of crystallized ribbons are controlled strongly by the heating velocities. In order to obuain higher performance, proper heating time should be coupled with heating velocities. When the heating voltage is 5 kV and heating time is 10 s, the magnetic properties of the melt-spun Nd_8Fe_(86)B_6 ribbons can reach to (BH)_(max)=105 kJ·m^(-3), B_r=0.93 T, H_(ci)=258 kA·m^(-1).
