On Bibliography Control and Its Realization under Network Environment

计算机网络技术的应用为实现大规模、全方位的编目源控制提供了技术保障,元数据、可扩展置标语言、数据库技术以及超链接技术在数字化文献信息处理中的运用,进一步深化和拓展了书目控制功能。目前信息处理技术和网络管理技术的提高和完善,数字化信息的安全性、可靠性和可获得性以及数据标准的规范化控制是实现书目控制功能的保障。

<Abstrcat> Development of network technology affords unprecedented development space for information control:① the application of computer and network in informational conduct affords technique guarantee for informational control; ② the application of metadata ,extensible markup language, technology and database and hyperlink in information not only makes bibliographical record control developing further,but provides a more wide developing space. Under network environment, what hinder the further realization of bibliography control function as follow:①the defects of information technique;②the problem of preservation and access to long-term digit information;③the normalization control of metadata standard.
