摘要
本文介绍一种数据驱动与人工干预相结合的功能性食管病微机综合专家诊断系统。该系统采用计算机神经网络技术和模式识别方法,对食道动力学信号进行识别、分析和处理,能准确地判断功能性食管病的性质、类别和部位。再通过人机界面模块,输入患者的临床表现、24小时食道PH值检测结果、钡餐检查特征、内窥镜检查特征、病因病理特征和食道压力检查特征等六类医学诊断信息,系统经多级模糊评判推理分析后能自动显示和打印出诊断结果。经临床实际使用,具有良好较果。
This poper introdnces a functional disease of the esophagus synthetical Expert diagnose system with microcomputer of data drive and man-made participate in depend on each other. The system uses neural network technology and method of model discriminate to recongnizc analyse and process the esophagus dynamics singnal it can correctly judge the cheractes at types and ports of functional disease of esophagus,then it can input the clinical specific properly,the esophagus dynamicstate PH Volue detection results for twenty-four hours,the barium meal check results,the endoscopy resulss,the pathlogy and pethgeny specific property, the esophagus pressure deteotion specific property ect,this sit types information through the men-machine interaction mode. Through the multistage fuzzy inferen cemaehine analyed,the system can display and print the diagnose results.Therough the clinical application,it reveals fine results.
