随机断裂模型对^(7)Li离子致DNA链断裂碎片长度分布的分析 被引量:3

摘要 用随机断裂模型分析了重离子电离辐射致质粒DNA双链断裂(dsb)的片段长度分布,随机断裂模型中的u为平均每个DNA上的双链断裂数,并可直接由实验得到.分析表明在低剂量时,随机断裂模型都不能描述DNA的碎片分布.在较高剂量时,随机断裂模型可以较好地符合实验结果,说明了在较大剂量情况下,重离子诱发的DNA碎片的长度分布具有随机统计性质.
