摘要
针对煤矿掘进巷道的局部通风问题,本文介绍了一种多输入模糊控制器。该控制器以3个瓦斯浓度信号和1个风速信号作为输入,用不断电控制策略和模糊推理建立的模糊查询表决定变频器的输出,实现风机风速的智能控制。实验表明,该方法能较好地实现掘进巷道的正常通风和瓦斯排放,并达到节能效果。
In view of ventilation problems in drivage roadways, the paper introduces a kind of multi-input fuzzy controller taking three signals of gas concentration and one signal of air speed as inputs and drawing up fuzzy inquiring tables based on the control strategy of continuous power supply and fuzzy inference to determine the output of frequency converter, thus realizing intelligent control of air speed of fan. The results of experiment testify that the method not only realizes the normal ventilation and gas drainage in drivage roadway but also saves energy.
