催杀对新疆棉田主要捕食性天敌的安全性研究 被引量:3

摘要 室内48%催杀SC20g/667m2直接喷雾和间接性接触处理,瓢虫5d后校正死亡率分别为-7.79%和-35.80%;推荐用量(10g/667m2)处理5d后瓢虫、食虫蝽及蜘蛛校正死亡率分别为-15.00%、-8.25%和6.67%;15g//667m2和20g/667m2处理5d后食虫蝽校正死亡率分别为41.75%和66.75%,而蜘蛛校正死亡率分别为6.67%和24.40%;催杀20g/667m2间接接触处理,草蛉48h后校正死亡率为59.20%。田间施药区和对照主要天敌变动差异不明显。室内外研究表明,催杀对棉田主要天敌具有较高的安全性。 The tracer SC,a new bio-insecticide has been used to eliminate the pest insects in cotton field of Xinjiang.The field and laboratory tests were conducted to evaluate the safety of this insecticide to the major predacious natural enemies at the same time.The results showed that the tracer is safe comparatively to these natural enemies. 5 days after spraying with the mixture of 20g of 48% Tracer SC and 40kg water, the corrected mortalities of adult ladybirds (Hippodamia variegata (Goeze) and Coccinella septempunctata Linnaeus), Campylomma diversicornis Reuter adults, and spiders were -7.79%, 66.75%, and 24.40% respectively. When the amount of 48% tracer SC was reduced to 15g, the corrected mortalities of Campylomma diversicornis Reuter adults and spiders were also reduced to 41.75% and 6.67%.The mixture 10g of 48% tracer SC dispersed in 40kg water were given adult ladybirds, Campylomma diversicornis Reuter adults, and spiders corrected mortalities only -15.00%, -8.25%, and 6.67% respectively. When the cotton leaves continuously were sprayed with the mixture of 20g of 48% tracer SC and 40kg water,after 48 h the corrected mortalities of adult ladybirds and adult lacewings (Chrysopa carnea Stephens) were -35.80% and 59.20%. There were no significant differences in the densities of predacious natural enemies in sprayed and non-sprayed cotton field plots.The conclusion,is drawn that the tracer can play an important role in the cotton IPM of Xinjiang.
