摘要 报道了一种合成2, 5 -二取代1, 3, 4 -噻二唑的有效方法。目标化合物经1HNMR, IR和元素分析表征。生物活性试验表明某些化合物对小麦的生长具有促进作用。 A facile and efficient method for the synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-thiadiazoles is described. The products were characterized by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The promoting effects of some compounds on wheat growth were tested preliminarily.
