摘要
通过2 -氨基-5 -(1 -对氯苯氧乙基) -1, 3, 4- 噻二唑与芳氧乙酰基异硫氰酸酯反应,合成了9种新的N -5- [ (1 -对氯苯氧乙基) 1, 3, 4 -噻二唑- 2- 基]- N′- 芳氧乙酰基硫脲,其结构经1HNMR, IR和元素分析确证。初步的生物活性测定结果表明,部分目标化合物具有良好的植物生长调节活性。
Nine novel aryloxyacetyl thioureas have been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-[1-(p-chlorophenoxyethyl)]-1,3,4-thiodiazole with aryloxyacetyl isothiocyanates. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The room temperature biological activity tests showed that some target compounds exhibit a good activity on plant growth regulator.
