摘要
用于面部除皱等软组织填充的医用美容胶原注射剂（简称美容胶原）是新型医学生物材料，为高度纯化的人胶原蛋白，Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原的比例为44：56。在大鼠皮下可存留1年以上，迁移至注射物内的成纤维细胞可以合成大鼠胶原，长入注射物内的毛细血管能保障成纤维细胞的血液供应。123例临床验证表明，美容胶原安全可靠，不会引起局部或全身不良反应，填平小型凹陷性皮肤缺损效果佳，矫正优良率在90％以上。
Medical cosmetic collagen is a new biomaterial for soft tissue augmentation, such aswrinkle corretion, lt consists of highly purified human collagen. The ratio of type Ⅰ andtype Ⅲ collagen is 44/56. The persistance of collagen in rats is more than one year. Rat cellsand capillaries grew into the injections. Fibroblasts synthesized rat collagen. Capillaries establlshed blood supply. The clinical observation on 123 cases proved the safety of this product. No adverse reactions developing from the use of the collagen were found. It was effective in correcting contour deforrnities of the skin. More than 90% correction results were excellent or good.
