摘要
采用直接测量方法,在最小风门(排烟处过剩空气系数αpy为1.60)、较小风门(αpy为2.20)、较大风门(αpy为3.16)、最大风门(αpy为4.41)4种工况下,分别对作者设计的双层炉排秸秆成型燃料锅炉热态的空气流动场进行试验,结果表明:在4种工况下,上炉排、下炉排的上下风速分布均匀且上炉排下的风速比上炉排上的风速分布均匀,下炉排上的风速比下炉排下的风速分布均匀;在工况2和工况3之间双层炉排秸秆成型燃料锅炉的空气流动场分布较合理,实现了锅炉安全、稳定、经济运行.
Adopting the direct measuring method, air flow field of hot state of the double-grate straw briquette boiler has been tested respectively at the smallest air door (exhaust smoke excess air coefficient,α (py) equals 1.60),smaller air door (α (py) equals 2.20),larger air door (α (py) equals 3.16),the largest air door (α (py) equals 4.41). The corresponding result is that among the four operating mode the wind velocity above and below grates is even, wind velocity below up-grate is evener than above up-grate, wind velocity above down-grate is evener than that below down-grate. Air flow field of straw briquette boiler between operating mode 2 and operating mode 3 is reasonale in distribution. Safety, stability and economics of the boiler is realized.
