Treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm by endovascular exclusion

目的 探讨血管腔内隔绝术 (EVE)成功的因素。方法 6例患者行EVE治疗 ,5例用普通内支架置入术 ,1例应用肱股导丝牵张技术。结果 6例EVE治疗过程顺利。 6例近期疗效显著 ,无相关并发症发生。结论 术前精确测量相关参数 。

Objective To investigate successful factors of endovascular exclusion (EVE). Methods Six patients underwent EVE, 5 cases of them underwent general endovascular exclusion technique, and the other case underwent brachial-femoral guide wire technique for the procedure. Results The recent term result of EVE procedure were satisfactory, and no relative complication occured. Conclusion Measuring precisely before operation,collecting proper stent-graft and application of brachial-femoral guide wire technique are important factors of success of EVE.
