肝细胞癌TACE术后严重并发症分析

Severe complications after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for hepatocellular carcinoma

目的 评价经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术 (TACE)治疗肝细胞癌 (HCC)的严重并发症。方法 回顾分析 5 5 6例原发性肝癌患者 10 0 0次TACE术后出现的近期严重并发症。结果 本组TACE包括上消化道大出血 3次 ( 0 .3 % ) ,肝功能衰竭 2 6例 ( 2 .6% ) ,碘油肺栓塞 5例 ( 0 .5 % ) ,碘油脑栓塞 2例 ( 0 .2 % )及肝脓肿 2例 ( 0 .2 % )。结论 肝癌TACE术后严重并发症直接影响到病人的预后 ,应重视并预防其发生 。

Objective To evaluate the severe complications of transcatherter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The recent severe complications of 1000 times TACE for 556 patients with HCC were retrospectively analyzed. Results The recent severe complications of TACE included massive upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage (3/1000, 0.3%), liver failure (26/1000, 2.6%), pulmonary lipiodol embolism (5/1000, 0.5%), cerebral lipiodol embolism (2/1000, 0.2%) and liver abscess (2/1000, 0.2%). Conclusion The severe complications of TACE for HCC will influence the prognosis and should be noticed.
