子宫内膜癌B超分型与病理诊断对比研究

Comparative Study of Ultrasonography and Pathology of Endometrial Carcinoma

８３例子宫内膜癌术前经Ｂ超检查，Ｂ超诊断符合率８４．３％。总结Ｂ超声像图特点分为５种类型。Ｂ超分型评价子宫内膜癌深肌层浸润或超出子宫侵犯敏感性１００％，特异性８８．２％，准确性９２．８％；Ｂ超分型预测子宫内膜癌分期准确率９５．２％。

Preoperative sonography was performe in 83 patients with a histologic diagnosis of endometrial cancer.The diagnostic accuracy was 84.3%.Five types of sonographic pattern were described.The sonographic accuracy in distinguishing deep or beyond the uterus invasion from superficial invasion was 92.8%,the specificity was 88.2%,and sensitivity was 100%.Tumor stage was correctly predicted by sonography in 95.2%of the cases.
