伦理价值规范与医疗经济行为

Code of Ethical Value and Medical Economic Action

伦理价值规范对涉及伦理道德的经济行为起着道义和舆论上的约束力。在我国,传统伦理价值规范影响着与医疗有关的经济行为,人们强烈反对从经济角度去考虑医疗行为。本文认为,不但不能禁止对经济问题的考虑,反过来在一些情况下,正是要从伦理角度去考虚这个问题,并指出了几种违背伦理价值规范的经济行为,最后提出了结合伦理价值规范与经济行为的一种新思想——人道功利主义及其现实意义。

Code of ethical value restrain ethical economic action. In China, traditional Code of ethical Value affect economic action about medical treatment. People opposed medical action concerned with economics. This paper discussed that not only cannot inhibit considerating economics from the view of ethics, but also need consideration this problem. Pointed out some economic action of violating ethical value code. Pointed out a new idea -humanity- Utilitarianism which conbine ethical value code with economic action.
