摘要
自建立射线吸收方法测量骨矿物质密度之后,对骨代谢疾病的临床研究取得很大的进展。准确度和精密度是骨密度仪的两个重要技术指标。质量控制是用骨密度仪(Norlancl×R-26)和体模(类似人的脊柱的体模)进行扫描测量和计算机准确度并精确度。为了病人的骨物质密度在两次结果中的差异。内科医生用体内的准确度去考查骨矿物质的变化率。
Since setting up the ray absorption method to determine bone mineral densi-ty, the clinical research on metabolic bone disease had gotten great progress.The precision and accuracy are two important technical marks of bone densitome-ter .The test of quality control is using a phantom (Anthropomorphic spinePhantom) for Norlancl XR - 26 bone densitometer to carry out scan measure-ments and to calculate precision and accuracy. In order to evaluate patient’sBMD change between twice results physican uses in-vivo precision to examinethe rate of bone mineral change.
