摘要
根据发电机密封油系统的工作原理,结合对汽轮发电机多年的安装运行经验,对大容量发电机存在的跑氢、漏氢、漏油等问题进行了归纳总结并分析原因,在安装、设计及调试过程中及时采取有效的预控措施并增强判别能力,以提高发电机密封油系统运行的可靠性保证机组的正常运行。
Based on the working principle of generator sealing oil system, combined with the years of experiences in installation and operation of turbo generation for the problems of oil and hydrogen leakages etc existed in large capacity generators, summeries and analysis on the causes were made. Therefore take effective pre-control actions and strengthen judgement ability in time during installation, design and commisioning so as to raise the operation reliability of generator sealing oil system to assure the normal operation of generator sets.
