摘要
1号发电机组在40多年的长期运行过程中,由于铁心的颤动、主绝缘材料轻微的热胀冷缩、定子的机械振动等原因,造成槽楔严重松动,部分脱落。槽楔松动脱落可能划伤转子绝缘和定子绝缘,造成定子线棒主绝缘击穿。由于采用了波纹板的新工艺结构,进一步改进施工工艺后提高了定子线圈的机械强度, 使抵抗短路电动力的能力明显增强。
During more than forty years long time of operation, the slot wedges of No.1 generation set stators were seriously loosened and part of them dropped out due to vibration of the iron core, light thermal expansion and cold shrinkage of main insulation material and mechanical vibration of stators. The loosening and dropping out of slot wedges may damage insulation of rotor and stator to cause stator insulation breakthrough. Due to adoption of corrugation plate new technological structure and the further improvement in construction technology, the mechanical strength of stator coils were raised which obviously increased the capability to resist short circuit dynamic force.
