分光光度法测定盐酸苯海拉明糖浆含量的改进

THE IMPROVEMENT OF DETEKMINATION OF SYKUP DIPHENHYDRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE BY UV SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

本文应用改进后的分光光度法测定了盐酸苯海拉明糖浆的含量，以４１４±１ｎｍ为测定波长，选择同批的单糖浆作为测定时的空白，结果苯海拉明浓度在４－１６μｇ／ｍｌ时具有良好的线性关系。方法的平均回收率为９９．８０％，ＣＶ为０．４８％。本法操作简便，结果准确可靠，适合于盐酸苯海拉明糖浆的含量测定。

The authors determined the diphenhydramine hydfocmoric in it’s syrup withthe improved method of spectrophotometry. The wavelength was 414±1nm andselected the same syrup without diphenhydramine as the blank. The resultshowed that there was a good linear relationship between concentration and ab-sorption of diphenhydramine amid 4-16μg/ml. The average recovery was99.8%and CV was 0. 48%, We concluded that this method was simple, accu-rate and reliable and suitable for the determination of diphenhydramine hy-drochloric in it's syrup preparation.
