采用全平面经食管超声（ＴＥＥ）检查９２例各类心脏病患者，系统地研究了全平面ＴＥＥ各标准探查切面，展现出不同水平、不同系列的有代表性切面，并探讨了各探查切面所显示的结构及其图像特点，对于该技术在临床上的应用具有指导性作用。

Ninety-two patients with heart disease were examined by Omniplane Transesophageal Echocardiography(TEE).A number of views were explored in many level and different series of sections,It was discussed the structure of heart and feature in every imaging plane. This article would be guide for clinical application of Omniplane TEE.
