全平面经食管超声临床应用评价

Clinical Application of Omniplane Transesophageal Echocardiography

采用全平面经食管超声（ＴＥＥ）对９２例各类心脏病患者进行检查，探讨了全平面ＴＥＥ检查的优越性及其不足，并且展示了几种特殊病变图像。结果显示，全平面ＴＥＥ晶体能在探头内作０°～１８０°旋转，具有观察范围广、捕捉信息多、对病人刺激小、操作简便等优点。笔者认为全平面ＴＥＥ是一种有效的临床诊断新技术，有待进一步推广应用。

Ninety-two patients with Heart Disease were checked by Omniplane transesophageal Echocardiography(TEE). It was researched the advantage and limitation of Omnipane TEE. The result showed that the element of Omniplane TEE could be rotated among 0°-180°within the probe tip. This technique was superior for extending observer's outlook,providing incremental diagnostic information,lessening stimulation of patients and simplifying probe manipulation,The result suggests that Omnipiane TEE is a useful diagnostic technique and would be popularized in furture.
