摘要
为提高钢的洁净度,在50tEAF60tLF流程中采用钡合金对齿轮钢进行脱氧试验,通过控制电炉出钢碳含量、充分地铝预脱氧并用钡合金进行终脱氧和夹杂物变性,可使铬钼系SCM822H齿轮钢的氧含量降至0.0015%以下。
In order to improve the cleanliness of steel, deoxidation trial was carried out on the route of 50 t EAF-60 t LF. The oxygen content less than 15×10 -6 of gear steel SCM822H was achieved by control the tapping carbon content, sufficient pre-deoxidation with aluminium and final deoxidation and inclusion modification with barium alloy.
