摘要
提出了一种新颖的有源箝位ZVS-Boost变换器通过采用一只辅管和一只箝位电容,可以在不用多加任何磁性元件的情况下,使主管和辅管实现ZVS为了消除整流二极管的电压振铃,增加了一只二极管。试制了一台500W/193kHz的样机来验证理论分析在输入90V满载时效率高于94%。
A novel zero voltage swilching(ZVS) Boost converter with active clamping is introduced. By using an auxiharv switch and a capacitor. ZVS for all switches is achieved without any additional magnetic component. To eliminate the voltage ringing across the main rectifier diode, a small diode is added. Apphing the proposed concept to a 500W/193kHz prototype, the efficiency can reach 94% at 90V input with full load.
