雄激素拮抗剂对喉癌细胞生长的影响

Effect of antiandrogen agent on proliferation of laryngeal carcinoma cells

摘要 目的研究雄激素拮抗剂氟硝丁酰胺对喉鳞癌细胞株Hep-2生长的抑制作用。方法采用MTT法、平板集落形成实验检测氟硝丁酰胺作用后喉鳞癌细胞的生长情况,电镜观察细胞超微结构的改变。结果氟硝丁酰胺作用后,喉鳞癌细胞株Hep-2增殖明显受到抑制,其作用具有时间和剂量依赖性。电镜显示有细胞凋亡。结论氟硝丁酰胺能抑制喉鳞癌细胞的生长,诱导细胞凋亡。
