日本金鳟(Oncorhyncus mykiss)和道氏虹鳟及其杂交后代生产性能的比较研究 被引量:10

摘要 本文对引进种日本金鳟和道氏虹鳟及其杂交后代的生存力及稚鱼的生长速度等进行了比较研究。结果表明,五项生存力指标由低到高的顺序均是:日本金鳟、杂交金鳟(F1 )、杂交金鳟自交后代(F2 )、野生型虹鳟(P <0 . 0 1 ) ,杂交日本金鳟对纯系日本金鳟体现出杂种优势,但是对于道氏虹鳟来说未体现优势,是由于道氏虹鳟是经过长期选育的良种,杂交后代遗传了它的部分优良性状。 Comparison study on performance among albino rainbow trout and Donaldson rainbow trout and their filial generation were studied.The results show that the viability from lower to higher based on the five indexes was followed albino rainbow trout, albino rainbow trout♀×Donaldson rainbow trout♂, Donaldson rainbow trout♀× albino rainbow trout♂, The offspring of (F_1) Donaldson rainbow trout.
